We're thrilled to announce a new feature for our Entry plan subscribers – the POS Redeem Rewards Extension! This powerful extension enables seamless rewards redemption directly through the POS screen, creating a more engaging and rewarding experience for your customers.

With the Redeem Rewards extension, you can:

• Leverage Active Discounts: Easily apply any active discounts available for users at checkout.

• Redeem Customer Rewards: Quickly access and apply the customer’s rewards based on their available points balance.

How It Works:

Simply add the Redeem Rewards extension to your POS screen. Once a customer is added to an order, the extension activates. Click on the extension card to check the customer's rewards status. If no rewards or points are available, a helpful message will notify you.

Redeeming a Reward:

To apply a reward, simply select it from the list of available discounts and press "Redeem." The reward will automatically be applied to the customer’s order, streamlining the checkout process and enhancing customer satisfaction.
