We've introduced an exciting new feature in the Rewards app: the ability to add prefixes to discounts. To start using this feature, simply go to any existing reward and activate the "Add prefix" checkbox. From there, you can add the prefix of your choice. Now, all your discounts will be generated with this prefix, like "GW-KFKDPAKSMDLA." This enhancement allows for better organization and tracking of your discount codes. Enjoy the new feature!

We are pleased to announce a new update for the VIP Tier program, expanding the functionality to allow choosing the number of referred friends to qualify for a tier. To use this feature, you need to create tiers where the qualification criteria will be the number of referrals. You can specify different numbers of people to achieve each tier.

With this new update, you can easily set any reward to be combined with other promotions on your shop, giving you even more ways to save.

To get started, simply head over to the reward you want to combine and check the necessary checkbox to combine this discount with Product, Order, or Shipping discounts. It's that easy!

Update tier progress after the last customer activity - The formula is: (Current date - Threshold days) if any activity is found: (Activity days + Threshold days). This would set up customer’s tiers depending on when they last did something. For example, if a customer's last activity was 5 days ago and you set the threshold to 10 days, the system will check their activity 10 days ago from now. Since the customer's last activity was 5 days ago, their VIP status will be reviewed again 10 days after that activity.

Growave became more flexible with a new update in the Loyalty program which includes an option to reward customers only once or on every VIP Tier update.

In the admin panel, you can view more information about customer discounts. Details popup now includes:

  • Link to the discount page in the Shopify admin

  • Source of the discount (Reward name or Action name) and how many points he spent on it if applicable.

To see it action go to Growave dashboard -> Customers -> Customer profile and click on the discount code in the activity log.
