We have implemented a new update to inform customers about the expiration of points. A new email notification for last-chance reminders has been added to our platform, allowing customers to spend their points.
Fact: Customers are 40% more likely to use their points if they see points expirations set up on online shops.

The Customer Reviews block is designed for the Shopify admin panel to display all reviews submitted by a user through Growave.
How to add the extension:
Navigate to the Customers section in the Shopify admin panel.
Click on any customer from the list to open their profile.
Click on the App Blocks section and select Customer Reviews. The extension will load and become visible in the profile.
Locate the pin icon in the upper-right corner of the block and click it to pin the extension, making it permanently visible when viewing customer profiles.

We're thrilled to announce a new feature for our Entry plan subscribers – the POS Redeem Rewards Extension! This powerful extension enables seamless rewards redemption directly through the POS screen, creating a more engaging and rewarding experience for your customers.
With the Redeem Rewards extension, you can:
Leverage Active Discounts: Easily apply any active discounts available for users at checkout.
Redeem Customer Rewards: Quickly access and apply the customer’s rewards based on their available points balance.
How It Works:
Simply add the Redeem Rewards extension to your POS screen. Once a customer is added to an order, the extension activates. Click on the extension card to check the customer's rewards status. If no rewards or points are available, a helpful message will notify you.
Redeeming a Reward:
To apply a reward, simply select it from the list of available discounts and press "Redeem." The reward will automatically be applied to the customer’s order, streamlining the checkout process and enhancing customer satisfaction.

The "Perks" feature is now available exclusively on the new storefront with the Growth plan, along with the VIP Tiers feature.
When editing tiers in the admin panel, you will find a "Perks" section at the bottom. You can customize the perks by adding additional rewards that users will receive outside the loyalty program, which the shop owner will regulate. It can include early access to new collections, invitations to parties, and more.
Each tier can have up to 5 perks, and the feature fully supports multilanguage, allowing perks to be added in different languages.
