Now you can see:

• Members – Total customers in each tier.

• New & Lost – Who joined or left during the period.

• Transitions – Automatic tier upgrades/downgrades.

• Manual Changes – Admin updates made directly.

This feature provides you with a clearer picture of tier dynamics and helps you manage loyalty progression with confidence.
