We are excited to introduce the Default Tier feature in our loyalty program! This new functionality ensures that users without any progress in the loyalty program are automatically assigned a default tier, motivating them to engage and participate. Key features:

• Visibility: The Default Tier will be prominently displayed first for guests viewing the program.

• Automatic Assignment: Users with insufficient progress to achieve higher tiers will be automatically assigned the Default Tier.

• Seamless Progression: Users with the Default Tier continue to participate in the tier program and will move to higher tiers as soon as they reach the required progress.
